物の哀れ

A good book, but went on too long. The portions that spoke about J Dilla, what he had to go through and the struggles he faced were very strong. There were various extra chapters that were unecessary.

Interesting to see that J Dilla was not a good person and was more than happy to be a dead beat dad.

I found it funny that when he received his life altering diagnosis, he was more concered about his sexual capabilities being affected than his family or children.

A nice look into early 90s hip hop with The Roots, Tribe, Pharcyde, Erykah Badu, Common and others.
